BRIDGEVIEW BANK GARFIELD RIDGE MARKS ONE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY;
HOSTS FAMILY PICNIC FOR AREA RESIDENTS

CHICAGO, July 31, 2006 – On Saturday, August 5, Bridgeview Bank Garfield Ridge will host a family picnic marking its one-year anniversary in business in that community. The Family Picnic, being held from 10am to 2pm, is to thank the residents of Garfield Ridge and the surrounding areas for their support in making Bridgeview Bank a success in Garfield Ridge. Free hot dogs, popcorn and ice cream will be served and children’s activities will be offered. All residents of the community are invited to attend.

On August 1, 2005 Bridgeview Bank Garfield Ridge opened the doors to its full-service banking facility on 6366 S. Archer Ave. Commemorating the move into Garfield Ridge and underscoring its commitment to the communities which it serves, the bank also funded the construction of the Garfield Ridge branch of the Chicago Public Library located at 6348 S. Archer Ave. One year later, both the bank and the library have evolved from new kids on the block to trusted resources.
