BRIDGEVIEW BANK TO SPONSOR HOLIDAY COLORING CONTEST

CHICAGO, December 1, 2006 – Bridgeview Bank Group today announced its sponsorship of the Southwest News Herald’s Christmas Coloring Contest “Celebrate the Holliday’s with color”. “We are glad to be able to sponsor this project as part of our Banking on the Community program,” stated Agnes Kowalczyk, branch manager of Bridgeview’s Garfield Ridge banking center. “We are all about partnering with the community to assist people of all ages, and this coloring contest is a perfect way for us to show young kids the importance of saving money.”

In addition to its general sponsorship, Bridgeview Bank will provide the winners of each category a gift package that includes a savings account. All entrants in the contest will be given certificates to help open savings accounts on their own.
