'COME AND GET IT!' - BRIDGEVIEW BANK GROUP LAUNCHES CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM CHICAGO CHICAGO, December 1, 2006 – Bridgeview Bank Group announced today the launch of a Customer Referral Program designed to extend it’s better banking experience philosophy to an expanded base of deposit customers. Entitled Come and Get It! the program rewards current Bridgeview Bank customers for referring family, friends and associates who open qualifying checking accounts. The new customer also receives an incentive for opening their account. As part of the program, current Bridgeview customers who maintain an interest-bearing personal checking account will receive a $100.00 referral bonus for each referral that opens a Bridgeview Bank Preferred, Premium or Prime checking account. The new customer will then receive a $100.00 new account bonus after their account has been opened for at least 90 days. There is no limit to how many referral bonuses customers can receive. “We are fortunate to have an intensely loyal base of customers,” said Tim Ryan, Chief Marketing Officer of Bridgeview Bank Group. “Our feeling is that quality begets quality and this campaign provides us the opportunity to tap into the networks of our existing high-quality customers to attract like-minded individuals who desire the type of better banking experience Bridgeview Bank represents. By rewarding our customers with a generous referral bonus we demonstrate how much we appreciate and value their business.” According to Ryan, the Come and Get It! campaign is an extension of the bank’s most recent branding campaign that began last October. At that time, the bank unveiled a series of exclamatory statements beginning with ‘Do You Have It?’ followed by a ‘We’ve Got It!’ message touting Bridgeview Bank as having ‘all the big bank products without the big bank hassle.’ Soon the bank will extend that campaign with the placement of customer testimonials under the heading, ‘I’ve Got It!’ “Our invitation to ‘Come And Get It’ is a natural progression of our customer outreach efforts,” said Ryan.
